Alisi is an Emmy®-nominated Producer, Director, Multidisciplinary Artist, and Creative Strategist working at the intersection of story, culture, and experience. She partners with clients to shape narrative into living creative worlds—driving cultural, strategic, and commercial impact.

She began her career in Australia’s performing arts sector before co-founding an award-winning independent production and creative studio in the United States in 2012.

Across her practice, Alisi has collaborated with leaders across various sectors including –– arts and culture, tourism and destination development, philanthropy, education & academia, and government. She works closely with executive leadership, CEOs, directors and public sector stakeholders to uncover the core narrative of an organisation and reimagine it as bold, story-led creative expression—bringing clarity to complexity, and emotion to strategy.

These worlds unfold across screen—profile films, documentaries, and oral histories—and extend into live events and activations, major launches, and place-based experiences. The result is immersive storytelling that connects with audiences and leaves lasting impact.

Her work is shaped by a performer’s instinct and a director’s precision, with a deep understanding of performance, scale, and audience psychology. She moves fluidly between cinematic storytelling, live experience, and large-scale creative development.

As an Indigenous Fijian woman, Alisi brings a perspective shaped across Fiji, Australia, and the United States—three creative and cultural landscapes she has lived within for significant periods of her life. This lived experience across distinct cultural and creative systems is a defining strength in her toolkit, informing how she sees, shapes, and translates narrative across complex environments. It allows her to move intuitively between contexts, distil nuance with precision, and build stories that resonate across audiences and borders.

Her practice is focused on unlocking what already exists but hasn’t yet been fully seen—underutilised assets, emerging destinations, and evolving institutions—transforming them into cohesive narrative experiences that strengthen identity, visibility, and long-term value.

After 15 years in the United States, Alisi has returned to Australia, where she is developing a slate of independent projects while continuing to work with clients across storytelling, place activation, and creative direction.
