Alisi Styles is an Emmy®-nominated producer/director, multidisciplinary artist, and creative strategist who helps organizations, institutions, and communities shape powerful narratives that bring people, places, and ideas to life.

Drawing on a career spanning the performing arts, documentary filmmaking, executive consulting, and large-scale public storytelling, Alisi specializes in story-led strategy, launch activations, and place-based visioning. Her work has supported CEOs, executive directors, university leadership, government agencies, and major philanthropic organizations.

Alisi’s practice is shaped by her identity and worldview as an Indigenous Fijian woman, for whom storytelling is an embodied cultural tradition rooted in relationship, collective memory, and responsibility to community and place. Raised within an intercommunal village culture, she brings a deep understanding of how narrative can engage stakeholders, honor cultural context, and inspire shared futures.

She applies this perspective to projects and initiatives, transforming underutilized spaces and emerging ideas into meaningful public experiences that drive engagement, visibility, and lasting value.

After a 15-year career in the United States, Alisi has returned to Australia, where she is developing a slate of independent projects while advising cultural organizations, businesses, property developers, and civic leaders on strategic storytelling, destination activation, and community-centered visioning.
